We are a Polish-American team specializing in international copyright law. Our mission is to protect creators and producers of musical and audiovisual content from unauthorized use of their works.
We provide comprehensive support in the protection of copyrights - our team is made up of specialists who understand and constantly cooperate with the artistic community. We provide not only legal advice, but also the valuation of intangible assets, allowing you to assess the amount of possible damage and the expertise of specialists in the field of music and art.

Who are we?
Halina Cegielski
Advocate
Halina Cegielski holds dual citizenship; she was born in Poland and resides in the US since 1991. She is bilingual professional with extensive mediation, negotiation, litigation, as well as client representation experience. For the last 19 years, Ms. Cegielski represented major corporations, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, PNC, HSBC and Deutsche Bank, in multidimensional types of court proceedings including civil trials, code enforcement hearings and mediations. Ms. Cegielski has a record of reaching lucrative settlements in copyright infringement cases.
After earning her Bachelor of Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Florida, she then attended the University of Miami School of Law and earned her J.D. Ms. Cegielski is Florida Supreme Court Certified County, Circuit Civil and Family Mediator and conducted over 1000 mediations in the past 15 years. She is a founder of H Legal Solutions, P.A. since 2009. Ms. Cegielski is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida and is current member of Florida Bar in good standing.
Ms. Cegielski gives back to her community and supports causes close to her heart. She served as Auction Chair for 3 years in a row for the Fundraiser “For the Public Good” at Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc in Florida and was the recipient of “Volunteer Shining Star” award. She also participated in Junior Achievement USA volunteering her time at local elementary school by teaching 5th graders. Ms. Cegielski suports Equine Rescue & Adoption Foundation together with her 17-year-old daughter, who volunteers there. This not-for-profit organization devoted to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, abandoned and slaughter-bound horses in South Florida fulfills her love for animals.
Ms. Cegielski also holds 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuities Agent License, and is certified Life Coach.
Wiktor Dega

Wiktor Dega is a respected and experienced attorney whose specialty is copyright law in its broadest sense. His extensive practice includes comprehensive legal services for producers, broadcasters and creators of all audiovisual content, including film producers, book authors, web content creators and music artists.
He gained extensive experience by carrying out complex services for many transactions, including international ones, related to the circulation of audiovisual content. During many years of cooperation with many television broadcasters, attorney Wiktor Dega represented these entities in relations with all institutions related to the media market, including the National Broadcasting Council, Polish Electronic Communications Authority, collective copyright management organizations.
With his comprehensive experience and in-depth knowledge of copyright law and the media and entertainment industry, attorney Wiktor Dega is a trusted advisor for clients seeking effective and innovative legal solutions in the field of copyright law.
Wiktor Dega is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as holding a British Diploma in Management obtained during studies conducted in the MBA program.

Marta Augustyńska

Marta Augustyńska specializes in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on copyright, moral rights, trademarks and contract law.
Since the beginning of her career, she has focused on providing legal advice to businesses and entities operating at the intersection of art, technology and innovation.
In her daily work, she combines legal knowledge with an understanding of the realities of the functioning of creatives and creative companies, which allows her to effectively advise on unusual and interdisciplinary matters. Paweł Kossecki, D. Sc.
Tax Advisor
Paweł Kossecki – professor at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University, arbiter of Copyright Commission, member of Scientific Council for SME Ombudsman, tax advisor, D. Sc. in Economy, Ph. D. in finance at Kozminski University. president and founder of Kossecki Tax Planning - a tax consulting company specializing in serving innovative enterprises and creative sectors. Specialist in the valuation of intangible assets and international tax law.
He prepared over one hundred valuations of intangible assets, particularly copyrights, patents, knowhow, for large capital groups and start-ups; served as an ad hoc expert witness for Courts of Appeal -and District Courts (including cases involving the approval of remuneration tables for Collective Management Organizations).
He is the author of several books and dozens of academic publications in the fields of finance, tax law, and management sciences. He has lectured at Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, the Kozminski University, and the Warsaw School of Economics.
He has worked as an advisor to the Ministry of the Treasury, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and the Industrial Development Agency. He has experience as a member of supervisory boards in media, telecommunications, and military companies.
