Halina Cegielski
Attorney-at-law
Halina Cegielski holds dual citizenship; she was born in Poland and has lived in the U.S. since 1991. She is a bilingual professional with extensive experience in mediation, negotiation, litigation, and client representation. Over the past 19 years, Halina Cegielski has represented corporations, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, PNC, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank, in complex legal proceedings, including civil lawsuits, enforcement proceedings, and mediations. Ms. Cegielski has secured lucrative settlements in copyright infringement cases. After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Florida, she attended the University of Miami School of Law and earned a Juris Doctor degree. Halina Cegielski is a Florida Supreme Court-certified civil and family mediator and has conducted over 1,000 mediations over the past 15 years. She is the founder of H Legal Solutions, P.A. in 2009. Halina Cegielski is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Halina Cegielski is actively involved in community service and supports causes close to her heart. For three consecutive years, she served as auctioneer for the “For the Public Good” fundraiser at the Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc. in Florida and received the “Volunteer Shining Star” award. She has also participated in Junior Achievement USA, volunteering her time at a local elementary school to teach fifth graders. Halina Cegielski supports the Equine Rescue & Adoption Foundation alongside her 17-year-old daughter, who volunteers there. This nonprofit organization, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, abandoned, and slaughter-bound horses in South Florida, fulfills her love for animals. Halina Cegielski also holds a 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities Agent license and is a certified Life Coach.
Ph. D. Paweł Kossecki

Paweł Kossecki – Ph.D. in Finance, tax advisor, university lecturer, arbitrator for the Copyright Commission, member of the Scientific Council to the SME Ombudsman, and CEO of Kossecki Tax Planning—a tax advisory firm specializing in serving innovative companies and the creative sectors. Specialist in the valuation of intangible assets and tax law. Author of over one hundred valuations in the field of intangible assets, particularly copyrights and industrial property rights, conducted for large corporate groups, startups, and as an ad hoc expert for Courts of Appeal and District Courts (including cases involving the approval of remuneration tables for collective copyright management organizations).
Author of several books and dozens of academic publications in the fields of finance, tax law, and management sciences. He has lectured at, among others, the L. Schiller State Higher School of Film, Television, and Theatre, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, Kozminski University, and the Warsaw School of Economics.
He has worked as an advisor at the Ministry of the Treasury, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and the Industrial Development Agency. He has experience as a member of supervisory boards in media, telecommunications, and mechanical engineering companies.
Wiktor Dega

His extensive practice includes comprehensive legal services for producers, broadcasters and creators of all audiovisual content, including film producers, book authors, web content creators and music artists.
He gained extensive experience by carrying out complex services for many transactions, including international ones, related to the circulation of audiovisual content. During many years of cooperation with many television broadcasters, attorney Wiktor Dega represented these entities in relations with all institutions related to the media market, including the National Broadcasting Council, Polish Electronic Communications Authority, collective copyright management organizations.
With his comprehensive experience and in-depth knowledge of copyright law and the media and entertainment industry, attorney Wiktor Dega is a trusted advisor for clients seeking effective and innovative legal solutions in the field of copyright law.
Wiktor Dega is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as holding a British Diploma in Management obtained during studies conducted in the MBA program.
After working for many years with the most reputable law firms in Warsaw, he has been providing legal services as a founding partner of Dega Koroluk and Partners for 15 years.

Before launching her consultancy, she worked at DLA Piper, Fenwick & West, and Sidley Austin and later served as Senior Commercial Counsel at the DevOps company. Her practice focuses on helping founders and emerging companies navigate complex legal frameworks while building scalable global businesses.
Martyna holds an LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a law degree from Kozminski University. She regularly advises founders operating between the U.S. and Europe. In addition to her legal work, Martyna is a former competitive athlete and an advocate for the intersection of sports, technology, and entrepreneurship
